About the role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to join Metro Vein Centers' growing IT team, based onsite at one of our Texas clinics. As the onsite IT resource, you will be the primary face of IT for clinical staff and a key point of contact for surrounding clinic support.

Requirements

• 2-4 years IT support/helpdesk/desktop support experience
• Ability to travel up to 80% across clinic locations
• Onsite during business/clinic hours
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

What you'll do

• In-person IT support at TX/AZ/GA clinics
• Primary onsite point of contact for hardware/software/connectivity
• Configure, image, deploy workstations/laptops/printers
• Manage onboarding/offboarding
• Manage support tickets/SLA
• MDM enrollment, compliance, patch management
• User training
• Coordinate with network/security teams
• Maintain IT asset inventory
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements
