About the role

Accordience Group (parent of Grayling, CDR, Red Consultancy, Cirkle) is building custom AI tools across the group and needs a hands-on builder to ship agents, internal tools, automations, reporting workflows, and occasional client-facing MVPs. Works directly with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), AWS/Azure managed AI services, deploys serverless functions, uses n8n/Make for no-code automation. Open to recent CS/Data Science/Software Engineering grads with relevant work or internship experience. Requirements

• Hands-on experience building agents, workflows, or automations
• Comfort with Python and scripting
• Direct experience with LLM APIs
• Hands-on with at least one cloud (AWS or Azure)
• Working knowledge of workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make)
• Enough front-end to build a usable interface
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with auth/access management patterns
• Git/GitHub and repo hygiene
• Strong communication with non-technical teams
• Recent grads in CS/Data Science/Software Engineering welcome, ideally with relevant work/internship experience

What you'll do

• Build and ship custom internal AI tools, agents, and automations
• Automate reporting, monitoring, and workflow tasks
