About the role

Remote Tier 1 IT support role serving as first point of contact for users needing technical assistance, account support, and access management. Troubleshoots issues, manages credentials/authentication requests, documents and routes incidents. Bilingual English/Spanish support is an important part of the role.

Requirements

Associate degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent experience
At least 2 years Help Desk/Service Desk/Technical Support experience
Hands-on account administration: password resets, unlocks, credential support
Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency valued
Preferred experience with IAM platforms such as AIMS, PAS

What you'll do

Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, ticketing
Verify identities and perform password resets/account unlocks
Process soft/hard token requests
Triage and route incidents
Administer user accounts
Provide English and Spanish language support
