Junior Specialist Adoption Architect

About the role

Early-career Red Hat customer adoption and technical specialist role supporting account teams across application platforms, cloud native infrastructure, automation, cloud services and AI. 10-month FASTER training cohort starts September 2027. Duties include technical workshops, customer discussions, architecture reviews, platform adoption and customer success. No experience years minimum; technical project, CS/IT/AI skills, customer focus and communication required. Red Hat/Linux/Ansible experience preferred; scripting/programming a plus. No visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Technical skills in Computer Science, IT, AI or related field
• Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills in an Enterprise IT-related project
• Customer focus and communication/presentation skills
• Ability to travel and work at Red Hat office and customer sites
• Must be able to work without current or future sponsorship

• Educate customers and demonstrate platform value
• Co-facilitate customer discussions and workshops
• Participate in architecture reviews and adoption engagements
• Learn Red Hat cloud, automation and AI products through structured program
• Work with account teams, mentors and external customers
