About the role

The Knowledge Program Manager is responsible for building and leading Nielsen Customer Support's knowledge program, with a primary focus on ensuring customers can find accurate, relevant, high-quality content when they need help.

Requirements

KCS certification required (e.g. KCS v6 Practices or Trainer)
3-5 years relevant experience in knowledge management/KCS/customer support/program management
Experience with knowledge-management, CRM, and support platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce

What you'll do

Own customer-facing knowledge program strategy, governance, and standards
Drive self-service success and content quality
Build and mature Nielsen's KCS practice
Coach and enable support teams on knowledge creation and reuse
