About the role

Restroworks (formerly Posist) is a cloud-based restaurant technology SaaS platform powering 20,000+ restaurants across 50+ countries (Subway, Taco Bell, Nando's, Carl's Jr.). Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, build and optimize highly available and scalable cloud systems, CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes, observability, DevSecOps, Kafka/MSK streaming, and SRE practices. Delhi-based. No mention of visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years in DevOps, SRE or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong hands-on with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI or GCP)
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
• IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Strong Linux, networking, security fundamentals
• Monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic)
• Scripting in Bash, Python or Shell
• Microservices and distributed systems understanding
• High-scale SaaS or product environment experience

What you'll do

• Design, implement and manage scalable, secure, highly available cloud infrastructure
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Automate infra provisioning and config management with IaC
• Monitor system performance, uptime and reliability
• Lead DevOps best practices for deployment, observability, incident management, DR
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications
• Drive cost optimization
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident resolution
• Design and manage Kafka/MSK event streaming
• Implement observability with Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch/Datadog/New Relic/Site24x7
• Lead incident response, RCA, SRE best practices
