Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics/Control Systems/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of Instrumentation & Control Engineering experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Minimum 5-8 years in a Lead I&C Engineer role on offshore EPC/EPCM projects
• Proven experience with ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Onshore, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy, or other major offshore operators
• Experience in both greenfield and brownfield offshore developments

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate Instrumentation & Control engineering activities across the project lifecycle
• Manage a team of I&C engineers, designers, and specialists
• Review and approve all I&C engineering deliverables
• Develop and review instrument index, I/O lists, datasheets, specifications, hook-up drawings, loop diagrams, cause & effect matrices
• Lead design and implementation of DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, SCADA, ICSS
• Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL assessments, LOPA, functional safety assessments
• Prepare technical requisitions, conduct technical bid evaluations, review vendor documents
• Coordinate with process, electrical, mechanical, telecom, civil/structural engineering and operations teams
• Support FAT, SAT, IFAT, loop checks, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC, IEC, ISA, API, ISO standards and UAE regulatory requirements
