About the role

Lead, direct, and oversee all Instrumentation & Control (I&C) engineering activities for onshore and offshore oil & gas developments across Concept Studies, FEED, and Detailed Engineering. Requirements

• Minimum 17+ years of I&C engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, or Energy
• 8-10 years in a Lead Engineer / Senior Lead Engineer capacity
• Extensive working knowledge of ADNOC Group projects, practices, and standards
• Proven experience across FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, PMC, Construction, Commissioning
• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Preference for OPITO T-BOSIET/BOSIET and H2S certification
• Required to travel ADNOC offshore on a rotational basis for site surveys, brownfield assessments, and installation verification

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee all I&C engineering activities across Concept, FEED, and Detailed Engineering
• Act as discipline technical authority and focal point for instrumentation, automation, controls, functional safety
• Develop execution strategies, work plans, resource forecasts, deliverable schedules
• Lead and mentor discipline engineers/designers; review and approve deliverables
• Lead brownfield modification, debottlenecking, and control system migration projects
• Conduct offshore/onshore site surveys, field verification, constructability assessments (rotational offshore travel required)
• Lead Functional Safety lifecycle activities (IEC 61508/61511), SRS, SIL studies
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting as required
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Telecoms disciplines
• Support proposals, bid evaluation, manpower/cost estimation
