Requirements

• 4+ years in CX strategy, AI operations, product operations or technology and customer experience
• 1+ years managing or developing a team
• ownership of AI or automation initiatives
• technical fluency with AI-enabled CX platforms
• cross-functional work across CX, product, engineering and data

• own the CX AI roadmap
• deploy AI tools across chat, voice and email
• build agent-assist and QA automation
• measure customer and team productivity outcomes
• partner with product and engineering and lead adoption
