About the role

Puffy seeks a globally remote Marketing Manager to own consumer research, campaign strategy, creative concepts, scripts and partnerships for D2C e-commerce growth. Requires 5+ years of marketing, including 2 years with D2C e-commerce brands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years with D2C e-commerce brands
• Develop performance marketing campaign ideas and creative strategies informed by consumer insights
• Understand digital advertising, demand generation, audience targeting, Meta and Google
• Research consumer preferences, buying patterns and market trends and translate findings into messaging
• Copywriting, scriptwriting and creative concept development
• Practical use of AI tools for research, ideation, creative briefs and scripts
• Support strategic growth partnerships
