DHI Communities is the multifamily development division of D.R. Horton (largest US homebuilder, Fortune 500). Development Manager assists the VP of Development across sourcing, underwriting, entitlements, construction coordination, and lease-up for multifamily developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of related experience
• MS Office proficiency

What you'll do

• Support deal sourcing and underwrite development opportunities
• Coordinate with local officials, brokers, consultants
• Participate in zoning, entitlement, and permitting
• Support due diligence and underwriting analysis
• Establish project timeline and spending forecasts
• Coordinate with construction to meet budget/timing
• Strategize on lease-up with leasing/property management
