About the role

Full-time NLP/software engineer role for ESG×AI products. Requires a CS master’s or higher, either a CS PhD or 4+ years of NLP experience including graduate research, outstanding Rust/Python/TypeScript knowledge, Japanese fluency, English reading/writing, and strong written communication. Work includes ESG document classification and information extraction, ML/LLM analysis and generation, data collection, platform development, and research collaboration. Remote work is available.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in computer science
• Either a PhD in computer science or 4+ years of practical NLP experience including graduate research
• Outstanding knowledge of Rust algorithms/data structures/Web API development, or Python NLP/ML/LLM/data analysis, or TypeScript web application development
• Strong documentation and written communication
• Business-level Japanese reading, writing, and conversation
• English reading and writing

• Develop AI benchmarks for ESG evaluation
• Classify ESG documents and extract information
• Improve training, evaluation, and test data collection
• Develop analysis and generative technologies for ESG automation
• Build and operate internal software development platforms
• Conduct academic research and collaborate with related research institutions
