About the role

Orchestrate comprehensive onboarding strategies, designing and delivering dynamic learning experiences. Ability to onboard and effectively manage a small team of Onboarding Specialists. 5+ years customer service, training, or client-facing experience required. Base salary $86,475-$105,000.

• Advanced LMS and virtual meeting platform proficiency
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools

What you'll do

• Orchestrate onboarding strategies and learning experiences
• Develop custom learning paths with the training team
• Partner with Product teams on customer requirements
• Build customer relationships as a trusted advisor
• Serve as primary escalation point for onboarding specialists and franchisee partners
• Capture customer insights to refine onboarding processes
