About the role

The Manager of Operations performs reporting and analytical support for IntegraConnect A/R management and external clients, implementing strategies to preserve data integrity while managing the day-to-day operations of the reporting team. Integra Connect is a value-based precision medicine / Health IT company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• 2-3 years' experience with analysis in the medical/healthcare industry
• 2-3 years' management experience
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Project management skills focused on lean strategies and goal-oriented results

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations of reporting and analysis staff
• Provide analytical support to Operations and Senior Management
• Data management including database troubleshooting and maintenance
• Monitor financial and operational indicators for entire client base
• Update forecasts to support financials for monthly P&L reports
• Develop new reporting tools and dashboards
