About the role

As a Portfolio Analyst, you will support the financial performance and strategic decision-making of a diverse portfolio of data center assets, partnering with Portfolio Management leadership. Hybrid, Boston MA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or related field
• 2+ years real estate analysis experience (asset management, development, lending, or commercial leasing)
• Strong understanding of real estate finance and DCF modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Yardi preferred; Argus a plus
• Occasional travel

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain cash flow models for data center assets
• Prepare investment analyses and underwriting materials
• Support Investment Committee presentations
• Manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, variance analyses
• Validate monthly financial reports and portfolio-level reporting
• Track leasing activity and portfolio performance trends
• Monitor construction/redevelopment activity and budgets
• Research market conditions
