• Strong Excel
• Only Washington DC metropolitan-area candidates considered; onsite Reston VA or Frederick MD as requested

What you'll do

• Build and validate pricing workbooks
• Gather labor, rate and other cost inputs
• Support competitive price-to-win analysis
• Prepare proposal documentation
