About the role

Principal enterprise AI role requiring 7+ years overall and 3+ years enterprise AI, with deep Databricks, MLflow, MLOps, and leadership experience. MS or PhD is bonus/preferred only. Sponsorship unstated.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related technical fields required
• 3+ years designing and deploying production AI/ML systems at enterprise scale required
• Expert Python and deep ML/AI framework experience required
• Deep production Databricks and MLflow experience required
• Technical strategy and cross-team architecture leadership required
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant field is a bonus/preferred, not required
• Work from Novi office 3+ days per week required

• Lead AI strategy, architecture, and technical standards
• Standardize scalable AI patterns and Databricks integrations
• Define MLflow-based MLOps and CI/CD lifecycle management
• Establish validation, monitoring, explainability, security, and governance
• Mentor AI engineers and align cross-functional platform strategy
