About the role

Production Support Engineer to support critical overnight data operations, monitoring automated data pipelines, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring partner data files are delivered accurately and on time.

Requirements

3+ years experience in Production Support, Data Operations, Data Engineering, or similar technical support role
Strong SQL skills, able to independently troubleshoot data issues
Hands-on experience with Databricks required
Python experience a strong plus
Experience supporting ETL/data pipelines or large-scale data processing
Comfortable working independently during overnight hours

What you'll do

Monitor overnight automated data feeds and respond to production alerts
Investigate and resolve data validation failures using SQL and Databricks
Regenerate, validate, and deliver corrected data files within SLA
Troubleshoot production issues from root cause through resolution
Document incidents, resolutions, and handoffs for the daytime engineering team
