Project Manager to manage the Site Acquisition process for telecom infrastructure. Negotiate real estate development transactions end to end, secure leases/permits/entitlements, prepare transaction summaries for senior management.

Requirements

• 5-10 years project management in site acquisition
• real estate/lease negotiation
• financial analysis
• strategic planning and contract/legal negotiation experience
• negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts for real estate and infrastructure transactions
