About the role

Enterprise Community Development is a national nonprofit affordable housing developer. Sr. Manager owns the full development process for multifamily affordable housing projects from acquisition through stabilization, managing 3-4 developments at once. Hybrid role in Bethesda, MD.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• 3-5 years multifamily development experience across acquisition, financing, design, construction, stabilization
• experience with complex real estate financing, LIHTC preferred
• knowledge of land use and public financing regulations
• negotiating acquisitions and financing commitments
• Excel proficiency

What you'll do

• Manage entire development process: feasibility, acquisition, deal structuring, financing, construction, lease-up, close-out
• Prepare development budgets and pro forma operating budgets
• Manage entitlement/zoning and permitting processes
• Negotiate loan and partnership documents
• Coordinate development team of architects, engineers, contractors
• Manage 3-4 developments simultaneously
