Requirements

• Permanent U.S. residency
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• 60+ WPM typing preferred
• Real estate knowledge preferred but not required

What you'll do

• Manage transactions from contract to close
• Coordinate transaction stakeholders
• Track deadlines and contractual obligations
• Resolve transaction issues
• Maintain records and internal systems
• Verify documents, signatures, and dates
• Schedule inspections and repairs
