Requirements

• Call center and supervisor experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-managed in a work-from-home environment
• High-speed internet with ethernet connection
• Fluent English

• Supervise CSRs to deliver positive borrower experience
• Maintain individual and team KPI/productivity standards
• Deliver daily/weekly coaching and feedback
• Use judgment for resolution or escalation
• Ensure compliance with agency and client guidelines
• Review and approve team's time recording
