About the role

Remote technical support role resolving user hardware, software and network issues via phone, email and chat, documenting in a ticketing system, setting up devices and training users. Nice to have: remote desktop tools, ITIL, CompTIA A+.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

What you'll do

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email and chat
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues
• Document and track issues in a ticketing system
• Assist with setup and configuration of new devices
• Train and support users on software applications
