Requirements

• Bachelor's in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, data science, computer science or related field
• Three years related experience; education substitution allowed
• Preferred master's, biomedical data analysis, foundation models and programming R/Python

What you'll do

• Build reproducible pipelines for single-cell, spatial, genomic and multimodal analysis
• Apply machine learning and biomedical foundation models
• Contribute publication-quality figures and manuscripts
