Baum's Boots is looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to help lead our Richmond, Kentucky store. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into Store Manager.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Retail experience
• 3+ years of experience in Sales
• Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate the sales team each day
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Coach and develop team members
• Help drive store sales and achieve goals
• Assist with merchandising and inventory
• Support hiring and training as the store grows
• Lead by example on the sales floor
