About the role

As a Robotics Applications Engineer you will serve as the technical expert supporting wheel.me's channel partners and customers throughout the deployment lifecycle. Hands-on field role, ~30% travel, on-site troubleshooting and mapping.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EE, CE, ME, Robotics, or related field
• 3+ years deploying/supporting robotics, automation, or industrial equipment
• Working knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, cloud environments
• Strong customer-facing communication
• Willingness to travel ~30% across North America

What you'll do

• Train and enable channel partners to deploy/support robotic solutions
• Serve as technical SME for partners during deployment and troubleshooting
• Lead customer deployments directly for strategic accounts
• Create and validate digital maps for autonomous robot navigation
• Travel ~30% to partner/customer sites
