Rust Engineer

About the role

As an hourly paid, fully remote Rust Engineer for AI Data Training, you will review AI-generated Rust code and explanations or generate your own, evaluate reasoning quality, correctness, safety, ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and write high-quality explanations and model solutions. Requires 1-2+ years professional Rust in backend, CLI, or systems projects; strong ownership/borrowing/lifetimes; idiomatic Rust; LLM or AI coding assistant experience; excellent English writing; Bachelor degree; C1 English. Preferred Tokio, Actix, Serde, async Rust, open source, concurrency and performance.
