About the role

Remote contractor role helping train AI systems by creating reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks with MCP tools. Requires proficiency in one of C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust; algorithms, data structures, performance tuning, debugging, feature development, refactoring, optimization, communication, and remote collaboration. Distributed systems, AI/ML, and rigorous code review are preferred.
