About the role

Remote RedHelm Sales Engineer working with account executives on managed IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. Leads customer discovery, scoping, solution architecture, presentations, demos, proposals, and account growth. Requires 3+ years IT infrastructure/security experience, 2+ years presales in MSP/infrastructure/cybersecurity, customer-facing work, and Microsoft Azure Public Cloud architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years IT infrastructure or security design, deployment, or support
• 2+ years presales in managed IT, infrastructure, or cybersecurity
• 2+ years customer-facing technical engagements
• Microsoft Azure Public Cloud architecture required
• travel as needed

What you'll do

• Partner with account executives on new and existing accounts
• scope and architect Azure, Microsoft 365, networking and security solutions
• present technical recommendations and demos
• identify refresh and expansion opportunities
• translate technical needs into business recommendations
