About the role

Act as the direct supervisor for your team of 30 Assistants and 2 Specialists. Partner with CS Shift Managers to monitor live phone queues. Seasonal role requiring flexible/variable schedule including weekends during peak season.

Requirements

1+ years supervising a team in fast-paced customer service, tech support, or production
3+ years customer service experience (eCommerce preferred)
comfortable learning Adobe files and print defects
Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite reporting experience
flexible schedule including weekends

What you'll do

Supervise a team of 30 assistants and 2 specialists
Monitor live phone queues and real-time channels with CS Shift Managers
Partner with Print Quality Supervisor on technical guidelines
Manage seasonal onboarding and nesting
Monitor case data in Salesforce and report metrics
Handle escalated customer/print issues
