About the role

This is a W2 position and candidates must be current Wisconsin (WI) residents. We are only considering candidates who are USC or Green Card holders. Remote position with occasional onsite visits. Tier 3 Desktop Support Technician supporting 10,000+ users and 9,000+ devices.

Requirements

5+ years Tier 3 desktop support experience
5+ years supporting workstation OS and hardware/software
5+ years incident and service request management
5+ years strong customer-facing communication
Must be current Wisconsin resident
Must be USC or Green Card holder

What you'll do

Provide Tier 3 support for workstation hardware, software, and OS
Troubleshoot and maintain printers, scanners, peripherals
Manage incidents and service requests
Provide technical assistance for desktop support projects
