About the role

The Senior Director, Information Technology for the region is the senior-most IT leader responsible for local IT operations and service delivery, directly managing the regional IT team and budget, and ensuring local execution aligns with global standards for technology and cybersecurity.

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant IT experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams and/or other managers
• proven people management experience
• strong IT operations understanding
• excellent communication/negotiation skills
• fiscal planning and budget management experience

What you'll do

• oversee regional IT operations, service delivery and end-user support
• own regional IT SLAs and drive resolution of critical issues
• partner with enterprise infrastructure/cybersecurity teams to enforce corporate standards
• act as primary IT partner to regional business stakeholders
• translate regional business needs into IT initiatives, feed enterprise roadmap
• communicate enterprise IT strategy to regional leaders/local team
• drive regional adoption of corporate tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
• lead, mentor and develop a regional IT team (managers, engineers, analysts)
• manage team performance and strategic workforce planning
