Required experience with Court Case Management and Jury Software; minimum 5-10 years of Help Desk experience.

What you'll do

Respond to Help Desk calls, triage and resolve customer service tickets
Cross-trained SME across Justice BU products
Monitor and prioritize assignment group queues
Perform application-level troubleshooting and configuration changes
Contribute to Knowledge Base and assist fellow agents
Collaborate with Application/Hosting Operations
Handle data analysis, scripting, and configuration changes
