The Senior IT Engineer of Application Support is a technical leader responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining software that carries out business operations, keeping software up to date, ensuring optimal performance, and troubleshooting. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Three years professional experience in IT Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Gaming and Hospitality industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in root-cause analysis and resolution of application errors
• Participates in rotating on-call schedule with 24/7 support
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License
• ITIL Foundations certification and application administrator certifications preferred

• Engineers and operates assigned business applications; installs, configures, maintains software
• Proactively addresses known application issues; works with peers and vendors to resolve
• Addresses reported issues within SLAs via ServiceNow ticketing
• Keeps applications patched per infosec best practices and current at no worse than N-1
• Defines and operationalizes application SOPs and runbooks; trains Help Desk and junior engineers
• Follows change management; monitors and reports application performance metrics; manages vendor relationships; interfaces with auditors
