Requirements

• • PhD in a Life Science discipline
• • Minimum of 5 years business development experience
• • Minimum of 7 years sales experience in molecular biology reagents, laboratory consumables, or capital equipment within a clinical setting
• • Strong collaborative skills to convert customer and market insights into business opportunities
• • Experience engaging executive-level and strategic decision-makers
• • Experience shaping long-term adoption strategies across multiple technologies within complex clinical organizations
• • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time, domestically and within EMEA
• • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• • Preferred: experience identifying, developing, and growing new markets with limited brand awareness
• • Preferred: experience engaging high-level clinical and regulatory bodies, including government agencies and national healthcare organisations

• • Report to the Director of Sales, NGS Clinical Solutions, as part of the NGS Clinical Solutions Sales Team in EMEA
