Senior ML Engineer - Platform & Integrations to develop and maintain ML systems at global scale in the gaming industry, working with reinforcement learning and imitation learning to advance game-understanding agents and optimize ML infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years software engineering with substantial ML engineering/platform/systems experience
• Experience with distributed RL/IL training at scale
• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of C++
• Experience with game simulation or AI is a plus

What you'll do

• Build and operate distributed training systems for game AI agents across GPU clusters
• Design large-scale game simulation environments for rollouts and policy evaluation
• Develop automated ML pipelines and model serving systems
• Manage production incidents like training instability and policy regressions
