About the role

Senior Analyst assisting the Studio Joint Ventures team with portfolio performance evaluation, key project execution, investment analyses, and monthly/quarterly deliverables. Full-time onsite at Los Angeles corporate and studio offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, technical field preferred (Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering)
• 2+ years experience in commercial real estate, FP&A, public accounting, or strategy consulting
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Working knowledge of Yardi preferred
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Full-time onsite in Los Angeles

What you'll do

• Financial performance reporting for internal/external stakeholders
• Support operating and capital budget development
• Lead business plans and deck creation for JV partners/lenders
• Special projects across the organization
• Cross-functional liaison with Accounting, Construction, Development, Engineering, Finance, Investments, Leasing, Operations
• Performance optimization and process improvements for Studio JV portfolio
