About the role

Requirements

• • 5+ years product management experience in B2B products, in a fast-paced environment
• • Experience taking a product from first users to retention or revenue, ideally more than once
• • Experience shipping AI products whose output can be wrong, such as search, ranking, recommendations, or ML products
• • Experience owning decisions about what is good enough to ship
• • Customer-first approach with substantial user engagement and evidence-based decision-making
• • Ability to make good decisions with incomplete information and determine when to ship or hold
• • Clear writing, ability to turn ambiguity into direction, and ability to influence pathologists and ML scientists
• • Pathology, diagnostics, clinical, or life-sciences experience (nice to have)
• • Experience with regulated or evidence-heavy products (nice to have)

What you'll do

• • Define PathoSearch product direction, including vision, strategy, roadmap, quality bar, and prioritization

• • Collaborate with the go-to-market team on first commercial contracts and paying institutions
