• 3+ years hands-on Rust development in production
• Strong knowledge of Rust ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, generics, async programming
• Experience with Tokio, Actix Web, Axum or similar Rust frameworks
• Experience building REST APIs, gRPC services, distributed systems
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS or similar messaging platforms
