About the role

Sharetec is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Digital team as a core full stack builder and technical owner, building innovative core banking and lending software solutions for credit unions. Fully remote (U.S., excl. CA), $120,000-$140,000 based on experience + bonus eligibility.

Requirements

5+ years professional software engineering experience with full stack ownership
Strong React and TypeScript proficiency
Next.js or comparable SSR framework experience
Production mobile app shipping experience (React Native)
Backend experience - C#/ASP.NET Core primary, Node.js/Go/other strongly-typed languages welcomed
REST API design and integration experience
Relational database experience (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
Docker/containerized environments
Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience

What you'll do

Design scalable full stack systems for Digital Banking platform
Build and maintain features across web and mobile (iOS/Android via React Native)
Architect a new API integration layer
Work with Docker, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, MySQL
Lead code reviews and support onboarding
