Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years Software Engineering experience building Internal Developer Platforms or Platform/Infrastructure tooling
• Advanced TypeScript and Node.js proficiency
• Hands-on REST and GraphQL API design/shipping
• Backstage plugin/catalog model experience
• PostgreSQL and Redis proficiency
• Kubernetes (GKE) and GCP experience
• Terraform working proficiency
• Practical LLM integration experience (MCP/Agentic AI patterns a plus)

What you'll do

• Build/own services across a 20+ microservice Backstage platform (TypeScript/Node.js), exposing REST/GraphQL APIs
• Own Backstage catalog and entity ingestion pipeline syncing from Helm, ArgoCD, GCP, GitHub
• Extend platform with maturity scoring, change management, AI-generated reports
• Develop LLM-powered services and MCP servers for catalog/engineering data
• Own service reliability on GKE via ArgoCD GitOps, Postgres/Redis, Datadog monitoring
