About the role

Contract role, 10-20 hrs/week, evaluating quality of interactions with AI coding agents such as OpenAI Codex and Claude Code. Open to all countries.

Requirements

• Senior/Staff/Principal-level engineer
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
• Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code or Cursor
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+)

What you'll do

• Evaluate AI coding agent interactions
• Give written feedback on quality of reasoning and output
• Define what great looks like for AI coding tools
