About the role

LinkGraph (Search Atlas client services arm) seeks an SEO Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise SEO clients end to end - relationship, renewal, and the AI agents that run the account. Requires hands-on SEO expertise and Claude Code experience, both non-negotiable.

Requirements

3 to 5+ years owning enterprise client relationships in Customer Success or Account Management (non-negotiable)
Deep, hands-on SEO expertise (non-negotiable)
Has built and shipped something with Claude Code, uses it daily
Strong written and verbal communication for enterprise clients
Remote, comfortable running book independently

What you'll do

Own a portfolio of enterprise SEO clients end to end
Drive retention and renewals
Identify upsell opportunities from account data
Build AI agents/workflows to automate reporting and monitoring
