Akia builds AI agents for hospitality that handle guest communication, bookings, upsells. Role focused on agentic systems architecture, RAG pipelines, production reliability at scale.

Requirements

• CS degree or equivalent depth
• 3+ years building production systems
• Deep system design experience
• Genuine passion for AI agents, built with LLMs

What you'll do

• Design and build skills architecture for modular AI capabilities
• Build action/execution layer with rollback, retry, audit trails
• Architect reasoning/retrieval pipeline: RAG, embeddings, context window management
• Design AI harness and feedback systems: evaluation frameworks, testing infra
• Own scale and reliability: multi-tenancy, DB performance, caching, horizontal scaling
