Zego is an AI-driven insurance company. Hands-on backend engineering role for someone early career who is already shipping code professionally and wants to progress to Senior within about 18 months. Mostly Python stack; AI-first daily workflow expected.

Requirements

• Professional coding experience (language-agnostic, stack is mostly Python)
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OOP, testing, version control
• Early career but already shipping code professionally, aiming for Senior Engineer

What you'll do

• Build, test, and ship backend services used by customers daily
• Write clear, well-tested, maintainable code
• Review other engineers' code and pair with senior engineers
• Use AI tools as part of daily workflow
