Opening 20+ early-career roles across Deployed AI and Software Engineering teams via a craft-first hiring path (BSA2A) that starts with a short project video instead of a CV screen; standard application route also available.

• Strong English communication, written and verbal
• Can reason about and write code independently without relying on LLMs
• Comfortable solving problems with code
• Early-career engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver AI-based capabilities and enabling infrastructure for semi-autonomous platforms (localisation, navigation, perception)
• Build reliable, frictionless software for high-risk, high-stress real-world use
• Apply via a video-based BSA2A process instead of traditional CV screen (optional route)
