Fleetio (fleet management SaaS, Series D $450M) Growth Engineering team building onboarding/adoption features. Ruby on Rails backend, React/TypeScript frontend.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional software engineering experience
• 1+ years Ruby on Rails
• Experience with React and TypeScript
• Full-stack web app and customer-facing feature experience
• OOP and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Unit testing frameworks

What you'll do

• Build features improving onboarding, adoption, and engagement
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, data ops, engineers
• Build experiments validating product ideas
• Deliver well-tested, maintainable, performant code
• Prototype and iterate based on feedback
