About the role

Digital Extremes (Warframe, Soulframe) seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer II, Web to own the end-to-end player journey - building responsive UIs and architecting PHP/Laravel APIs and data pipelines. Requires 4+ years experience, PHP/Laravel, NodeJS, Apache, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, TypeScript.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with front-end and back-end web technologies, CMS, data modeling, API layers, NodeJS, Apache, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB
• Ability to adapt visual designs into web UIs using modern TypeScript and CSS frameworks
• Fluency in one or more web programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
• Experience with source control tools (Git or similar)
• Demonstrated capability turning Figma/Design System specs into production-ready UI code
• Laravel, Livewire experience is an asset
• Experience with agile environment and CI/CD

What you'll do

• Build innovative web products extending game experiences and communities
• Translate Figma mockups into accessible web interfaces
• Create interactive, dynamic pages with web animations and micro-interactions
• Optimize client-side rendering, asset delivery, Core Web Vitals
• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services in PHP (Laravel)
