Software Engineer in Test (SDET)

About the role

Build automation frameworks from the ground up across UI, API, and backend systems, embed quality throughout SDLC, and use AI-assisted testing. Requires a CS/engineering bachelor or master, 3+ years software development and test automation, coding in Java/Python/C#/JavaScript/TypeScript/Pytest and/or React, Playwright/Appium/Selenium, API testing, CI/CD, SQL, and Git. Nice to have AI-assisted testing and large-scale enterprise platform experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development and test automation
• Strong coding skills in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Pytest, and/or React JS
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Appium and Selenium
• API automation experience
• CI/CD pipeline integration
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
• Git or similar version control
• Strong debugging and analytical skills

• Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps
• Investigate defects and root causes
• Performance, scalability, and reliability testing
