About the role

New graduate distributed data systems engineer for Databricks. Work on lakehouse platform systems such as query optimization, distributed execution, data security and storage. Requires Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 CS/Engineering graduate.

Requirements

• Graduate Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject
• Implementation skills in a general purpose language such as Java or C++
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and OOP
• Experience managing end-to-end projects

What you'll do

• Build data and AI infrastructure
• Work on query compilation, distributed execution, vectorized engines, security, storage, and resource management
